Volunteering

Volunteers & Guest Instructors

The Keystone Program introduces students to new techniques and ideas while building on the knowledge they already have.  We provide students with a safe, nurturing environment during those critical hours after school, while encouraging their families to become more involved in their education.  We offer at least 16 different activities a week allowing our participants the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths while building confidence in new skills.  From fly fishing to archery, theater to architecture, Keystone offers a wide range of engaging activities taught by quality instructors.

This program is funded by a Federal 21st Century Learning Center Grant through the Office of Public Instruction.  The focus of the program is children grades 1-5 with special programs being offered for Middle School students.  It is available every day after school, including early-out days, for any child wishing to participate.

If you would like to volunteer, or if you have a special area of expertise to instruct a class, please contact us.  We welcome your time and ideas.
