Registration

We provide a safe and enriching place for your children to go after school.  We offer clubs that encourage interest in the arts, nature, physical activities, creative thinking, reading, and problem solving.  All clubs are led by school district employees or talented individuals from our community.  It is open to ANY student in the Hamilton Area in grades 1-8.

When Is It Offered?

The program begins September 27 and continues until June 3rd.  It is offered every Monday through Friday on regular school days with special extended days on early-out school days.  The program begins right after school with students being transported to the Westview Center by bus and ends at 5:30

What Is Included?

It is an all-inclusive program with students being provided snacks, all the materials and supplies necessary for their clubs, entry fees for field trips and bus transportation home.

How Much Does It Cost?

Our fees are based upon your families qualification for free or reduced lunch in the public school system.  You are billed at the end of each month for the days your child attended.  if you are unsure of your status, please check with your school secretary.  Non-subsidized lunches-$4/day and $10/early out.  Reduced lunches-$2/day and $5/early out.  Free lunch status means that the program is free of charge.

How Do You Enroll?

We do have a limited space available so please complete this process as soon as possible.

1.  Complete and return the registration/contact info form to any of the school offices.  They are available in the office or you may print the form from this website.

2.  Once it has been received by the Keystone Office you will be contacted.

3.  All new and returning families will be required to participate in a brief orientation before their child can begin attending the program.  At this meeting we will discuss behavior expectations, program schedules, transportation and any other questions or concerns.  Orientations will be scheduled for family convenience and you will be given the options when you are contacted.

4. Once you have completed orientation, you are ready to begin the fun.

How Does the School District Provide This Program?

We are dedicated to the mission of life-long learning at the Hamilton School District.  We use a combination of funds including a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant, program fees, and fundraisers to keep this program available to ALL of our students.
